Here’s the problem: Journaling consistently is HARD.

And if you’ve ever tried to start a journaling habit, it’s not as simple as buying a new journal and writing in it..

Why is it so difficult for so many of us?

You might just not know where to start. Or you might feel a lot of resistance to writing. You might procrastinate on it doing it, and always put it off till tomorrow. Or maybe you start writing, but then start to second guess what you’re writing.. Maybe you do it one or two days in a row and then give up..

Whenever something is difficult, you’re less likely to do it.
Which means you’re not going to be as consistent.
Which means you‘re not going to reap the benefits of having a journaling habit.

So in this video I’m going to show you how to do this simple but powerful journaling technique that you can use that will help you cultivate more self-awareness, get more consistent with your morning routine, and even help you break bad habits.
