One of the biggest mistakes I see people making is NOT spending enough time figuring out what’s actually important in their lives.

I see people getting burnt out and wasting their energy by working hard on what doesn’t fill them up with joy or meaning.

Are you noticing that all your hard work and hustling isn’t really taking you anywhere? It’s probably a sign that you’re working on the wrong things, that you’re not aligned with what’s important.

Before you put a lot of energy into moving forward, make sure you’re pointed in the right direction!

Here are 5 powerful ways to help you discover what’s important:

  1. Journaling or any form of introspection
  2. Working with a coach
  3. Spending time in solitude or isolation
  4. Reading biographies of inspiring people
  5. Reflecting on the inevitability of aging, sickness, and death

Each one of these can contribute to your deepening self-awareness and self-discovery, and the arising of wisdom.

Have you tried any of these before? Are anyof them new to you? Let me know which you plan to try out in the comments below! 👇

p.s. If working with a coach is one of the ideas that’s been on your mind, I still have a few openings for my special discount rate in my coaching program. Send me a DM if you’d like to know more.
